If you are new to running the Woodway Curve is perfect, it will ensure you are running or walking with correct form and using the correct muscle groups. There are no egos at TONED, we simply want you to improve, work hard, and enjoy yourself. Whether you’re an elite runner training for your 8th marathon or haven’t run since high-school (or ever), we will have you working hard within your own ability. You set the pace, you set the intensity, we just set the program.

Our coaches will work you through various intervals with recovery periods mixed in. The sprint intervals are designed to be intense so make sure when the coaches say to jog you aren’t sprinting. During the recovery periods you are welcome to walk, jog or continue running.

The class can be enjoyed every day since the focus is on intensity optimization.. Most Clients come 3 to 5 days a week. Some like to mix and match with other 30 minutes workout. Our sister Gym LAGREE FITNESS next door is perfect to pair the
workout with. We do recommend that you take plenty of rest after the first few sessions. Give your body time to adapt. Some people have been sore up to 5 days after their 1st workout while the average seems to be 2 days soreness.

15 but you have to be accompanied by an adult until you are 18.

YES! We offer one-on-one running coaching and personal training. Please email and we’ll be happy to get you set up with one of our incredible instructors.

We do not offer childcare.

Only service pets are allowed in TONED.

  • Please do not wear strong fragrance as some clients have allergies.
  • We kindly ask you to leave your jewelry at home. We do not want you to loose any precious items at our studio.
  • We have the right to refuse business to anyone. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
