welcome to toned, 40 minutes workout.

The Toned workout is designed to deliver a full body workout in just 40 minutes and is designed for everyone from novice to athlete. You will be encouraged, motivated and pushed to new limits at Toned. The Woodway curve will ensure an incredible workout no matter who you are. If you are new to running the Woodway Curve is perfect, it will ensure you are running/walking with correct form and using the correct muscles. There are no egos at Toned we simply want you to improve, work hard and enjoy yourself. We want people to come in, work hard for 40 minutes and leave feeling incredible. The innovative Woodway curve makes you work 30% harder than a conventional treadmill, requiring the user to continually adjust their speed. If the intensity is right we can burn up to 600 to 800 calories in 40 minutes.

why 40 minutes?

The number one excuse we hear these days is I don’t have time to workout. With the 40 minute workout this is no longer a valid excuse. The Toned workout is all about intensity. We work for less time at a higher intensity achieving incredible results. We use short but intense blocks of conditioning to ensure that we make every second count.

why the woodway curve

The Curve Treadmill challenges the entire body while burning up to 30% more calories than any other treadmill. The Woodway ensures greater muscle recruitment of the posterior chain muscles.

Rubberized slats absorb foot strike at the point of impact – giving the truest running feel Rubber slats eliminate harmful shock to the joints and connective tissue, allowing you to train longer and more comfortably.

The running surface promotes the feel of a natural running surface The Woodway curve improves your running technique. The unique curved design of the treadmill encourages a user, when running, to drive the running belt with a mid-foot/fore-foot strike helping elevate the impact of weight distributed on joints and connective tissues.

The angle in which a user’s legs drive the running belt spurs the runner’s stride to lengthen in order to keep up with the acceleration of pace. A runner’s body also naturally adjusts posture to accomodate the speed, making them run ‘taller’ and engage a larger range of muscles.
