packages faq’s

We only offer class packages. Our packages never expire! You can use them as often or as little as you want.

Our coaches will work you through various intervals with recovery periods mixed in. The sprint intervals are designed to be intense so make sure when the coaches say to jog you aren’t sprinting. During the recovery periods you are welcome to walk, jog or continue running.

Packages are non-refundable, exchangeable or transferable. Everyone who signs up must have their own account! You can however pay for your friends spot! If you need help with this email us at

Our cancellation policy is 12 hours. If you cancel outside our policy your class will be deducted from your account as a late cancel.

We are bummed you missed class with us!
You get a one time exception every year where your class will be added back to your package. If you have already used your one time exception you will simply lose your class!
No late fees.

If the class you want is sold out, you can get on our wait list. As clients cancel, you will be automatically added to the class in the order you signed up.
If you secure a spot more than 12 hours before the scheduled start time of the class, we will notify you by email. If a spot doesn’t open by then, you still have a chance of getting in. Just arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts and once we have our no-show count we’ll start adding clients from the wait list in order of sign ups.
